Setup
4 players. Dealer is dealt 10 cards, others 9. The dealer discards first.
Each turn
Draw one card (either the top of the stock or the previous player's last discard) then discard one card.
Phỏm
A 'phỏm' is a meld of 3+ cards: same rank set, or consecutive run of the same suit. You may meld during your turn.
End of round
Round ends when a player runs out of cards, or stock is empty. Each player's un-melded card values become penalty points (A=1, 2-9 face, T-K=10).
Settlement
Lowest penalty wins; others pay entry × penalty-diff. Bonus 'Ăn trắng' rewards melding all cards in one round.
